The recorded proceedings of the Academic Policies Committee (APC), the committee was formed to replace the Commission for Academic Affairs (CAA) in formulating university curriculum changes and reviews. The APC is administered by the Faculty Senate and the members of the committee include two faculty senators appointed by the Faculty Senate, three faculty members recommended by the Committee on Committees and appointed by the Faculty Senate, five faculty members representing the curriculum committess of each of the four colleges and the Graduate School Course Approval Committee, three students (two undergraduates and one graduate) appointed by the Oshkosh Student Association, and one academic staff member appointed by the Senate of Academic Staff. The Vice Chancellor or his or her designate serves as a non-voting liaison member. The chair of the APC is elected by APC members and serves a one year terms, with a three year maximum. Records include action forms, syllabi, academic program reviews, and correspondence.
